Yes,we are experiencing the same problems with an old unit we sold while ago (in this case not in warranty, but the user wanted to repair it).

I have had mine dabjoy for a couple of years and the heating element finally burned out and I’m trying to warranty it but the phone number on the warranty card does not work and I can’t find there website, someone please help
